Abstract
The Hospital Caterers Association (HCA) Leadership & Development forum will take place 11-12 April at Celtic Manor Resort (Newport), centering on this year’s 'Evolution to Resolution' theme.

With food, debate, business and leadership, and development at its heart, organisers have revealed two keynote speakers: Andrew Goodhall, NHS Wales chief executive and Simon Corben, NHS Improvements.

Between them, they have a wealth of knowledge about NHS and are “striving to create change and improve the service.”

HCA set this year's agenda according to from its survey, which asked delegates the below:

  • What matters to you most as catering professionals in today’s NHS?
  • What topics do you want to debate and learn more about?
  • What do you want the HCA to lobby Government to improve our industry?
