Global Infusion Group (GIG) has announced three new senior appointments to the business.
The catering company has appointed Nick Venables as head of global sport & events with responsibility for business development, managing client relationships and project management.
Trevor Jones will work closely with managing director Tony Laurenson in his new role as finance director. He was previously financial director at CH&Co.
Patrick Quilligan has been appointed executive chef following ten years working for GIG in a freelance capacity and has experience catering at different events such as dinner parties, festivals and the Olympic Games.
