FCSI conference to focus on creativity and innovation

Abstract
Creativity, innovation and fostering young talent will be addressed at the FCSI EAME conference in Madrid, Spain, between March 26-29th 2015.

The Foodservice Consultants Society International (FCSI) has announced details of the annual conference for its Europe, Africa and Middle East (EAME) region members.

The main theme for this year’s conference will be ‘Innovation Generation’; examining creativity and new ideas in foodservice as well as how to encourage talented youngsters into the industry.

A keynote address by creativity and business expert David Gilbert will consider how creative professionals in the commercial marketplace, including those who work in retail and restaurants, can learn from creative people in the arts sector.

Other speakers include, British foodservice management consultant Adam Griffin from Coverpoint; 26-year-old sous chef at The Ritz in London, Daniel Brin; and Pierre Nierhaus, an expert on discovering and implementing innovation in foodservice and hospitality.

FCSI is an international member association promoting professionalism in foodservice and hospitality consulting services, with over 1,300 members in 46 countries.

The FCSE EAME conference will take place at the Hotel Melià Castilla in Madrid, Spain between March 26-29th 2015.
