Family-owned catering company, Rocket, has won a brand new contract with Formula One team Racing Point, to deliver its hospitality worldwide.
Covering 21 events, including Mexico, Australia and Silverstone, Rocket will create bespoke menus made from the ‘unique’ flavours and ingredients available at each destination, in-line with the company motto: “think global, source local.”
Dishes will be served to the racing team, sponsors and VIP guests alike, and will range from British classics to poke bowls, pasta, sandwiches and smoothies.
Claiming that they share “values and team principles, that every person matters and is equally important to the overall functions of the business,” Rocket said it has recruited international hospitality experts to work on the contract.
