Joining from Compass Group UK & Ireland, Darren Weeks will be responsible for operational management of GV’s Foodmove and Food Transport businesses.
This includes on-going reviews of the company’s operating procedures to ensure that it is delivering its range of services in line with its growth aspirations.
Weeks said: “GV Group is a fantastic business that holds a unique place in the foodservice sector.

He will report to chief executive Tevin Tobun, who said: “As an agile business, it’s important for GV Group to constantly review its operational procedures to ensure that we are offering an efficient service for our clients and customers.
“Darren’s experience will be invaluable in helping us achieve this and set us up for further growth.”
