Entry for The University Caterers Organisation’s (TUCO) annual barista skills challenge closes this Friday, 11 January.
With the live final taking place 26-27 March, successful applicants will be required to create four espressos, four cappuccinos and four espresso-based, non-alcoholic specialty drinks in just 15 minutes.
They will also give live commentary to the judges and audience throughout, explaining their work and coffee knowledge.
The TUCO barista skills challenge provides a platform for baristas to showcase their skill, knowledge and talent.
