Björck has been a successful businesswoman in her own right and built a £2m catering business called Inn or Out which she sold last year.

She will bring to D&D the entrepreneurial drive needed to make our outside catering and events business the substantial success which I believe it can be. Lena will work closely with Mark Ivackovic, our Sales Director, who continues to oversee sales within D&D venues”

D&D London is a restaurant operator of over 30 sites in London, Paris, New York and Tokyo. The company also owns an 80-bedroom hotel in London.
