Abstract
Compass chef Neil Mulhern won best overall exhibit with an 'exceptional' show platter at the Three Counties Salon Culinare on 26 March at Central Bedfordshire College.
With over a 100 entries, best overall college went to Loughborough an best live performance to Hull College.
The competition will be back in 2020, and it tipped to have changes to reflect what is happening in the industry. New classes will include: sharing platters, street food, bowl food, BBQ, tapas and sushi.
Dates and details will be announced in the months to come.
