UK foodservice providers Bidvest 3663 has launched its SmartQuote system that gives online customers the same opportunities as those that order through the company’s telesales team.
The new SmartQuote system ensures that online customers receive the same reduced rates when bulk ordering, as they would be offered via a member of the sales team. Customers can now also access statements and invoices online and review their details.
Nicholas Weber, head of e-commerce at Bidvest 3663 said: “We wanted to offer all our customers the same benefits whether they choose to order over the phone or online and are extremely pleased that we can now do this. Customers can order 24/7 in a way that suits them, knowing that they are getting the best price available to them.
