Bartlett Mitchell names top ‘30 under 30’

Independent caterer Bartlett Mitchell has named its first ever Rising Star award winners, recognising its top 30 employees under the age of 30.

Nominated by colleagues across the business, the awards celebrate the ‘talent, passion and potential’ of each young individual.

The Rising Star awards are just one initiative launched by Bartlett Mitchell to help retain talent from across its business, as figures claim the hospitality sector is expected to face shortfall of around 60,000 workers-a-year.
