Aramark celebrates first graduates of new hospitality management course
Abstract
Aramark, a global food provider, facilities management and uniform services, is celebrating 12 of its employees who have become the company’s first graduates to complete the new Higher Level 4 Apprenticeship in Hospitality Management.

The NVQ (National Vocational Qualification) and BTEC (British and Technology Education Council) qualification take approximately 18 months to complete. The graduating team comes from across the country and works at a range of client sites, from offices to colleges and military bases.

The course units, delivered in partnership with Hospitality Industry Training (HIT), saw participants learn how to develop hospitality teams, better understand financial performance management and focus on providing great customer service.

The Higher Level Apprenticeship forms part of Aramark’s continued commitment to developing and training its employees and comes as the number of those completing apprenticeships within its UK business now stands at 450.

Margaret Wood, from Aramark’s learning and development team, said: “It has been fantastic to see our team develop and grow as this apprenticeship course has progressed.

“We believe in investing in our people and this course sees our mission to deliver experiences that enrich and nourish lives in action – the working lives and careers of our managers and ultimately the experiences of the customers we serve.”
